OneStopRentals.com Terms of Use

1. Access to the site is granted exclusively by OneStopRentals for the sole purpose of utilizing the site as designed and intended.
2. OneStopRentals reserves the right to monitor for abuses and either temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, ban individuals and/or companies from the site should it determine, either accurately or inaccurately, that abuses have occurred.
3. Without registering, renters can perform a property search that will return very limited results. To properly utilize the site and receive meaningful search data, you are required to register. Property owners, managers, and management companies are unable to perform any functions without completing the registration process.
4. You understand that your registration id must be a valid e-mail address, which must be confirmed during the registration process. It is important that you maintain a valid e-mail address with us at all times. An invalid e-mail address will prohibit you from registering and cause you to be deleted from our user database.
5. By registering and utilizing the site to search for available rental property, renters agree to notify OneStopRentals upon the sooner of a) signing a rental agreement or b) moving into a new residence.
6. By registering and utilizing the site to list and offer property available for rent, property owners agree to abide by any pre-arranged fee structure and invoicing agreement between the property owner and OneStopRentals.
7. You should recognize that OneStopRentals does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any information entered into the site by registered users. It is the responsibility of each registered property owner/manager and registered user to ensure the accuracy of the information presented.
8. Furthermore, OneStopRentals makes no claim as to the condition of any property listed or the business or personal practices of the owner, manager, or management company. Conversely, OneStopRentals makes no claim as to the viability of a potential renter. It is the responsibility of each renter and owner, manager, or management company to perform whatever screens they feel necessary before entering into any arrangement.
9. OneStopRentals does reserve the right to refuse service and access to a potential renter, property, property owner, manager, or management company, at its sole discretion.
