Why do I have to register?
By providing us with your name and e-mail address, we can store your search history and keep you from having to start over each and every time you come to the site. Also, our service is free to renters but we do depend on our renters to notify us when they have signed a new lease so that we can invoice the property owner. Having your valid e-mail address allows us to maintain communication with you for that notification.
I just registered. Now what do I do to login?
Check your e-mail account. You should have received a "CONFIRMATION EMAIL" from us that provides your initial link access to OneStopRentals and allows you to establish your own password. If it is not in your inbox, check your junk mail box as it may have been mistakenly placed there. You must confirm the registration within 48 hours. If you do not, simply re-register as your prior registration has been voided and deleted.
I previously registered, but have forgotten my password. What do I do to keep from having to re-register and start over?
Simply email support@onestoprentals.com from your registered account email address telling us that you forgot your password. We will email a new password to you.
How long will it take to receive my $50 reward for leasing my new home?
Once you start searching within OneStopRentals.com, we will send you a followup e-mail in 2 week intervals asking if you have leased, found something elsewhere, or given up your search. Once you respond that you have leased and provided us with the required information to identify your new landlord, your $50 reward process will begin. Once your new landlord completes confirmation of your lease through our site, your reward payment will be mailed to you. Depending on the landlord, you may not receive the reward until 45 days or so after you move in, as most of them do not confirm your lease until after you actually move in. But, if at anytime you want to check the status of your reward, e-mail us at support@onestoprentals.com and we will be happy to give you a status report.
Note: When you visit a property, be sure to tell them that you found them on OneStopRentals.com and have them list us on your guest card. This will avoid any potential for the landlord to suggest that you are not a OneStopRentals.com customer.
In addition to my $50 reward for leasing through OneStopRentals.com, I can also receive a $50 referral reward for friends that I refer to the site who also lease from one of your listed properties. Is there a limit to the number of $50 referral rewards I can receive?
No, there is no limit. If you have friends or relatives looking for new homes/apartments to lease, simply login to your account and start referring them to our site. As they lease a new place by using our site, they will receive their $50 reward and you will receive a $50 referral reward for hooking them up with our site. It is very important that they also indicate OneStopRentals.com as the marketing source each and every time they visit each property.
