OneStopRentals.com was created to provide a convenient and comprehensive one-stop location for renters to find their perfect apartment, home, duplex, or townhome, while providing property owners a cost-effective means of listing their available property for rent.

The developers of OneStopRentals.com are local to the Golden Triangle area of Texas with an office in Port Neches, TX and have been in the rental business as property owners since 1989. We fully understand the needs of both renters and property owners and have developed this site to accommodate a vast array of meaningful benefits. Programming and hosting of the site is furnished by Juxtapose, Inc. of Nederland, TX.

Renters can search by specific location, number of bedrooms, and price range. While in the process of searching for the perfect home, searches can be saved into your own personal folder for convenient comparisons. When you perform searches and determine possible places that you want to visit, you can print a "brochure" of each location. The brochure provides you with detailed information to assist you in making your final decision, and, hopefully, serves to minimize your drive-time and property phone calls. As the site grows, we will offer advanced search features and other tools to not only assist you in finding the perfect home, but also guide you toward resources for making your entire moving experience as easy and convenient as possible.

Property Owners can list an unlimited number of properties with us. The site is designed to accommodate property management companies as well as individual owners. You can assign yourself as the primary data administrator, or you can designate "managers" for each of your properties. You can list as much, or as little, information about your property as you wish including unit types, pricing, square footage, amenities, pet policies, security deposit requirements, and directions (to name a few). You can also upload photos to accompany your property data. Soon, we will offer the ability to upload floorplans as well. We provide quick and easy means for handling manager turnover by allowing you to disable, reassign, or create managers as needed. You can also disable your entire property if you choose. This allows for you to go through the data entry process only once rather than each time your property becomes vacant. Once your data is entered, you can disable your property when it is occupied and then enable it quickly when it becomes vacant again. While apartment communities will probably choose to remain active in the site at all times, this feature is especially helpful to individual rental owners whose property may not be available for long periods of time.

Note that when a property is entered into the site, our staff must review the data before it is released into the final database. We will attempt to release the property within 1 business day from entry, assuming we do not need to contact you for questions. (Should you require immediate review and release of your property, e-mail or call us and we will try to accommodate your request). This process is necessary to ensure the integrity of the data that exists within the site. While we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, we will make every attempt to prevent false or damaging information from entering the database.

Our business model is structured to keep the site free of charge to all renters. Also, we want property owners to be able to list as many properties as they wish without any listing fees or charges. We will, however, charge property owners a pre-arranged fee once a renter is obtained from our site.

In order for the site to continue to be free to renters and free of listing fees to owners, it is important for renters to notify us when they have leased through our site so that we can properly invoice the property owner. We will send a periodic e-mail to each registered renter asking for your feedback on whether or not you have completed your search and found a new home. Simply respond to the e-mail by providing us with where you leased and your lease information. We will then remove you from the periodic e-mail list, confirm your lease, and invoice the property owner. It's that simple.
